We use Australia Post or Courier service for all our shipping.

Cost for shipping is calculated at the checkout and depends on number of items, size and weight of items ordered, including packaging.

 

Delivery times are approximate and are subjected to external factors of delivery partners' (Australia Post, Courier) situations. Your patience and support is much appreciated!

Australia Post Insurance can be added to all purchases at additional cost to cover in case of postal damage.

Express shipping can be arranged for additional cost, provided upon request.

A rough estimate:

  • Yoga Mats shipping will be $16 within Australia

  • Menstrual products will be around $9 within Australia

  • Eco-Wellness products will be around $9 - $13 within Australia

Shipping to New Zealand

Cost for shipping is calculated at the checkout and depends on delivery location, number of items, size and weight of items ordered, including packaging. Shipping will be calculated at checkout automatically. If it is not working, Peacock Speaks will contact you to advise of shipping costs via your preferred mode of contact.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. There are no change of mind returns on any purchase.

  2. There are no exchange option on any purchase.

  3. There are no warranty / grantees for all products. All products are handmade and are to be used as per the care instructions. Extensive quality checks are taken at each stage of manufacturing and also before product dispatch.

  4. Postal damage will be covered by Australia Post Insurance if purchased.

  5. Once payment processed, order cannot be cancelled by customer unless exceptional circumstances arise deemed by the online store. 

  6. Payment is required to process and confirm order. 

  7. Products are subjected to availability and every effort will be taken to update online store.
