Made out of Dharba grass and held together by GOTS certified cotton. Dharba grass is tropical grass that grows in India. It is harvested by the handloom artisans and then weaved into the mat with cotton yarn. With a natural rubber treated back, the mat is anti-skid, safe for you while practising meditation. 
 
This mat can also be used by young kids for meditation or for them to sit cross-legged while doing any kids activity!
